I\'ve been a Data Analyst at Capital One since 2009, growing from an individual performer to a leader of large teams that build data products and analytical insights to grow our Retail Banking business. I\'ve been a Director of Data Analysis since 2019, and I have driven value at Capital One through large team leadership and technical acumen.
