About Dave Johnson
My current expertise is in Import/ Export documentation and logistics, domestic logistics, and inventory control. I have a high level of experience with Microsoft Office and work well under pressure. My goals are to become a licensed Customs Broker as well as a certified freight forwarder. I also have experience in coordinating and managing projects that involved multiple international companies and international transport for high profile clients. I most recently enjoyed the opportunity of purchasing in a fast paced environment. Throughout the years I have been able to master oversight of building maintenance, certified forklift trainer, certified aerial lift operator, and enabled companies to become Leed certified in waste disposal, recycling programs, and energy efficiency. I believe in doing what you love. Doing what you love breeds passion and inspires others around you. Inspiring others around you leads to a cohesive work environment. That environment allows enablers to flourish as managers and accidental diminishers to see what inspiration can do. Diminishers may be tough to persuade but inspiring and empowering others shows them that creating and nurturing passionate employees improves overall productivity and efficiency. Doing what you love, passion for a profession or product, enabling people to be part of something bigger than themselves spreads your common goal and vision like wild fire. It makes others want to see your vision and believe in you and the product you put out. I have seen it in action and will always live by that.I thank those who have opened my heart and mind to this philosophy. I am forever grateful to those people and encourage others to seek the profession they are passionate about.
