QHSE Manager and advising on innovation & engineering, Responsible Person as UKAS Technical Authority & Group QM. Lead all QHSESc and ESG Forming part of the Senior Management Team for Inspection whilst building high level relationships with established, new and potential clients. Management of the QHSE systems, ensuring that the QHSE management system is implemented and managed in accordance with the latest version of ISO 9001, ISO3834-2, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 and UKAS ISO17020. DNV, IRATA Maintenance of all relevant certification and accreditations in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. & ISO17020. Manage training, system and people training. Manage specific reporting and record keeping requirements of HSE, Environmental Agency, etc, as well as other pertinent safety/regulatory compliance matters Contribute to strategic planning process with particular reference to QHSE matters to ensure long term sustainable planning for future of business Act as member of the management team contributing to the business across a range of issues and provide the key QHSE input to the team Reviewing working practices to ensure client requirements are being fully met Making sure safety regulations are followed and company performance targets on QHSE are being improved Oversee the investigation of all HSE incidents within GIS and ensure correct records are completed and submitted. Co-ordinate the implementation of corrective actions as related to the incident and ensure that the ‘lessons learned’ are appropriately communicated across the Group and incorporated into the HSE management system, where appropriate Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues to the CEO Promote a culture of personal accountability amongst all staff, recognising and praising ‘above the line’ performance whilst taking appropriate action to address and correct ‘below the line’ behaviour when it is found. Ensure that QHSE culture and working practices are in compliant.
