I’m a strategy and finance leader who goes beyond the numbers to drive business growth. With many years of post-qualification experience as an accountant, I combine financial expertise with strategic insight to support decision-making and lead high-impact projects.I bring strong strategic thinking skills, applying proven methodologies used by leading management consultancies (e.g, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte) to shape and advance business strategy. From market analysis and growth frameworks to scenario planning and portfolio optimisation, I create clear, data-driven narratives that influence and engage senior stakeholders.I’m skilled in financial modelling, team leadership, and coaching best practice, and I partner confidently with board directors as a trusted, ethical advisor. I also have a growing interest in M&A, blending financial modelling with strategic rationale assessment for acquisitions and mergers.My career began in retail leadership with Sainsbury’s and B&Q, where I learnt the importance of integrity, inclusivity, and authentic leadership. These roles shaped my values-driven approach, emphasising transparency, fairness, and respect in every decision.
