NNB CLIENT COATING SUPERINTENDENT & S.M.E.Meetings with senior management and stakeholders to monitor progress of various specialised Steel & Concrete Coating systems currently being applied at HPC.Monitoring Surface preperation and Coating application activities of various sub - contractors at HPC and advising on any Non conformance from ITPs or improvements that can be implemented.Taking part in and reviewing suitability trials on various Coating Systems and preperation & Coating application methods to improve Quality & Cost on HPC project during Concrete & Steel preperation & Coating application activities.Meeting with various Paint suppliers to review & trial new paint & coating products that can be used to streamline & improve efficiency at HPC by Sub-contractors.Reviewing ITP and various other project documentation with other members of NNB SME team to assess and improve coatings preparation and application procedures.Monitoring Sub Contractors work scopes as per programme with there QA/QC Coating Inspectors & Supervision & management teams at HPC.Daily Teams meetings with Sub contractors to monitor & improve quality and production issues and discuss and assess any further issues there management and inspection teams may have.Actively promoting and taking part in HPC & NNB safety culture at work and reporting any potential safety issues to senior management at NNB.Part of the NNB SME team that is currently working to achieve the desired standard of Quality Assurance & Quality Control on what is currently the biggest construction project in Europe.
