Preparing tenders for new build and refurbishment works via various procurement routes. Priced work consists of new build, extensions and refurbishment projects.Procurement routes vary between negotiated, single and 2 stage and a few enquires consist of additional quality information normally required for the tender submission where I would work closely with the Bid Writers and Design Managers.All tenders where required, will incorporate tender document analysis, site visits, production of Bills of Quantities using the Conquest suite of estimating software & take offs, cost plans, trade tagging, subcontractor enquiries, trackers, material resourcing, trade comparisons, clarifications, tender submission compilation of documents and so on whilst working to dead lines.All work involves working with a team, and engaging with subcontractors as and when necessary.
