Senior Control & Instrument (C&I) Engineer for Major Nuclear ProjectTeam member for Atkins Post Design Services (PDS) support on site for PDS Team for the Project. Review of Engineering Change Requests (ECR) & Design Change Requests (DCR’s). Update Specifications incorporating ECR’s & DCR’s for final approval by Client. Collaborating and working with suppliers & installation subcontractors ensuring compliance with industry and customer standards are meet. Review, comment & development of Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Procedures. Site Surveys, investigations & approval of installations meet design intent for handover to Client.Development of C&I Specifications for a new Search and Lock up System (SALUS) and Laser Interlock System (LIS) to SIL 2. Collaborating with client to develop Specifications, System Control Concepts, System Architecture. Support & assistance in the development of Safety Requirement Specification (SRS) in line with IEC 61508 & 61511. Preparing budgetary requisition’s & bid evaluations to submit to suppliers.February 2022 – October 2022 C&I Engineer (part time) Network Rail.Develop of SCADA Technical Specification for CREWE Hub new Central Control Room (CCR). Design Solution according to client requirements & Approval.
