WOW! 30 years in business and growing stronger every day! 19••••22 Little did I know when I opened the doors at Hastings Water Works in February 1992,(February in CLE, what was I thinking?).30 years later we would not just be thriving, but THE undisputed industry leader in Ohio with some 35 full time and 250 seasonal team members. From that gravel basement/office floor with asbestos wrapped pipes above - snow blowing through the cracked windows, to the market leader we are today, has been an incredibly humbling experience which I have so many to be thankful to. The first being my father, Philip G. Hastings who offered the initial start up loan of to a 20 something kid no bank would touch. Now in our 30th successful year, we look forward to continued growth of our client base in the markets we serve. The systems, processes and improvements developed over the years all continue to strengthen our focus of improving the Client Experience as we live our Mission of - Providing Safety and Peace of Mind for Our Clients and Their Families. Hastings Water Works is Ohio\'s largest (if not the mid-west\'s) swimming pool service, maintenance and management company, including; residential, commercial and municipal pool services, lifeguard staffing, facility management, water feature and fountain services. Everything related to and/or involving, service in the swimming pool, hot tub & water feature industries - except the installation/building of new pools.
