As a Realtor I represent both buyers and sellers in the facilitation of real estate transactions. Search the Tennessee and Virginia Multiple Listing Service and other sources for available properties that will potentially meet buyers needs and then show them the properties and answer any questions they may have. Once the right property is found I help them negotiate the purchase of the property and help them with all the details of the purchase. I also develop strategies for marketing properties for sellers to get their property the exposure it needs to bring them the most money in the shortest amount of time. I also must stay current on constantly changing rules and regulations through continuing education and stay up to date on market trends through workshops, trade publications, and internet blogs.
