In addition to configuring the offices to best support the way we work, we reduced overall real estate expenses by ~$16M while investing in new local facilities\' initiatives. o Managed the following workstreams: Network Infrastructure (including WiFi enhancement), Audio/Video, Conferencing, Desktop Support, Ewaste Pick up. o Managed 4 vendors throughout project.o Developed and managed $9M IT budget-Successfully managed and delivered 15 AV upgrade projects across North America
