Hi! I\'m Dave. I practice at the intersection of climate adaptation, international development, and resiliency planning with 25 years experience in architecture, planning, and construction. I\'m a Senior Resiliency and Climate Adaptation Planner at LimnoTech, where I support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering With Nature program as well contribute to resilient waterfront (re)development, urban parks, and other projects which integrate blue-green infrastructure and nature-based solutions (NBS). As a Latino practitioner and an effective communicator and facilitator, I\'m a natural at bringing the overlooked or the marginalized into the conversation to achieve more inclusive and equitable solutions.
