Dave Gross became the head of SECURA Insurance in July 2014. Prior to taking on overall leadership of the company, his career spanned more than 30 years in the insurance industry in executive leadership roles where he contributed strategically, and led sales and underwriting operations. At SECURA, Dave has successfully guided new product development, state expansion, and agency partnerships, ultimately helping profitably grow it to the nearly $500 million in sales that the company will be by year end 2014.
