As a registered paramedic with a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice, I bring over a decade of frontline and strategic leadership experience in emergency, urgent, and primary care. My career has included extensive experience across a variety of NHS roles, both clinical and leadership, giving me a deep understanding of strategic level healthcare delivery in both pre-hospital and hospital environments.I am the Managing Director of Emergency Medics, where we deliver professional, clinician-led medical and first aid training—ranging from basic first aid through to advanced life support. Through this work, I combine my clinical expertise and passion for education to ensure businesses all over the country meet their obligation in providing a safe workplace by undertaking risk assessments and delivering the relevant training. We offer both tailored and regulated courses to meet your needs. As a senior clinician and qualified instructor, I thrive on building collaborative, resilient teams and fostering an environment where clinical excellence and compassionate care go hand in hand. With strong foundations in decision-making, operational leadership, and advanced practice, I am committed to improving both immediate patient outcomes and long-term advancements in emergency and pre-hospital care.
