About Dave Gallaher
Dave started Tucson Industrial Realty in 1984 and became the sole owner/broker in 1987. Tucson Industrial Realty, LLC provides commercial real estate brokerage advice to buyers, sellers, tenants, and owners of commercial real estate. Dave has managed over a million square feet of industrial space in the Tucson market and now is focused on providing real estate services to companies looking to expand their facilities in Tucson and to those companies that desire reliable and honest real estate assistance with leasing or selling industrial property in Tucson. Dave obtained his CCIM designation in 1996 and is a member of the Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter. Dave is a past board member of the organization as well as a past board member of the Tucson Rotary Club which he has belonged to for twenty two years and is currently President Elect serving as President July 1, 2013. Dave graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA degree in Geography and Regional Development. Dave has served a number of positions withn\\in the field of economic development and was last employed in the State of Washington\'s Governor\'s office as Industrial Development Director before starting his real estate firm in 1984.
