Each candidate is pre-screened by multiple people, multiple times to ensure a technical and cultural fit with the client. In the final stages, a subject matter expert, with true industry experience -whether that be in accounting, finance, transportation, supply chain, HR, IT, etc. will pre-interview the candidate and make the final determination as to whether a candidate will advance to submission to a client.
