Responsible for the day to day business activities.Key activities include- Financial management: financial planning and forecasting, invoicing and payments and advising on financial impact of business decisions- Building in house capability- Overseeing relationships with associate network- Commercial management including contracts (people and business), commercial terms and advising on the impact of commercial terms on Perago’s business operation- Ensuring compliance to relevant legislation both compulsory (e.g. Companies House, GDPR, IR35) and selected (e.g.Welsh Language, accessibility)- Managing IT estate including IT security, CyberEssentials and effective use of M365 Suite- Understanding and ensuring access to commercial frameworks- Developing and managing apprenticeship and new talent offering
