Responsible for fee spend of £42m and indemnity of £300m- Accountable for a 2015 annualised cost savings target of £2.4m, delivering £2.4m- Responsible for a lean supply chain, ensuring that the business utilises the optimum number of suppliers that have the capacity and capability to service business requirements- Ensuring that a robust category strategy is in place that specifies cost saving opportunities to be delivered each year and beyond- Establish key stakeholders, building and developing relationships- where appropriate using RACI methodology- Ensuring that any commercial framework delivers optimal value- for example fixed fees vs hourly rates- Ensuring that any commercial/contractual risk is flagged at the appropriate level and mitigated accordingly.
