ABOUT DAVE DRYSDALE
I am a solution minded career professional working in a complex industry. I am highly committed to ensuring continual delivery to aide operational performance. I have a proven track record of high performance within Airbus, working in isolation or leading teams to implement operational change.The key purpose of my role is to support an array of complex satellite Payload projects and ensure they achieve their On Time, On Cost, On Quality Airbus objectives.Deviations from plan and impacts to the project bottom line are thoroughly reviewed, action plans and recovery initiatives implemented with the full support of the operational project teams.Further to direct operational involvement, my role is pivotal to communicating project and business level financial and operational performance up to Airbus Defence & Space board level.Through the continual drive for automation and standardisation I lead the the Payload PMO team looking at ‘big picture’ solutions which are repeatable and transferable from project to project. In doing so I aim to create a challenging yet exciting working environment where inclusion and creativity are the foundation to our success.
