Maintaining regular communication with clients and tenants and ensuring effective communication with internal colleagues in Property Management, support functions and the wider BNP Paribas Real Estate business. With over 30 years experience in industry, David is well versed in change oriented disciplines with direct experience of managing £100m plus multi-site organisations in addition to SME`s. A proven ability to deliver large complex projects on-time-in-full and on budget. David is a highly focused team member with a comprehensive understanding of various industry sectors including manufacturing operations, estates, and property management.
