Significant experience also in hydro, nuclear, consulting and construction engineering as well as project management. Proven track record of successful project engineering/ management, team building, department/ plant management and accomplishing goals, quickly, even with very limited resources.    Hired on to the Fastco\'s construction, maintenance and fabrication team to help the owners continue to grow our diverse and capable service offerings and expand the business into new project based areas that will position the company for ongoing prosperity.Immediately began managing a new $4.5MM Anaerobic Digester and Food Waste Hydrolyzer Project in Western MA. As of October of 2016, we are nearing substantial completion of this project and are poised to be the GC of choice for multiple upcoming similar projects in the North East region of the U.S. for our current client and the engineering/ technology firm we are both partnered with. Duties include AIA documentation generation and control, sub-contractor management, major purchases/ agreements, primary client and engineering communications, overseeing site supervision, scheduling/ coordination with internal fabrication shop, estimating/ bids and misc. engineering. Also initiating several company wide improvements for efficiency and competitiveness improvements. Reporting directly to both owners.
