Leads broad spectrum of project performance reviews and information management activities used by senior leaders in making critical decisions on all projects.Coordinates directly with senior level officials at the Assistant Secretary level, such as General Counsel, the Chief Financial Officer, and the Secretary of Energy\'s personal staff concerning construction projects and related issues.Conducts independent assessments of project cost and schedule performance and develops monthly project status reports for senior management.
