Recovering from Spinal Cord Injury @Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation
Currently managing the biggest project of my life; recovering from a spinal cord injury. Since accident in 7/13 have progressed from total paralysis below the neck to being able to stand and walk short distances with crutches and assistance of a physical therapist and regaining strength in both arms and limited use of left hand. Progress is slow, but steady. Stay tuned for updates.Covid shutdown has played havoc with my health. Lack of gym and PT access set me way back as lower back issues have left me unable to stand and walk. Starting over!
