Since becoming CEO of Westfield Health in 2018, I have led the company’s transformation into a £100m global leader in corporate health and wellbeing. Whether it\'s mental health support or gym management, health insurance or wellbeing webinars, we draw on over 100 years\' experience and our network of expert partners to tailor our solutions to organisations, their goals and their people. Operating in 11 countries, Westfield Health now supports some of the world’s most successful businesses with innovative onsite gym management and health and wellbeing programs. In this time, the company’s workforce and revenues have more than doubled in size, solidifying our position as a forward-thinking market leader.As a former professional footballer with Sheffield United FC, my passion for improving quality of life drives our mission to break down barriers to physical activity and health. After launching our colleague-led Westfield One initiative, which commits 1% of the group’s revenue to community giveback, we now donate more than £1m to some incredible causes each year. In addition, I led the innovative development of the Sport Legacy Institute, convening world-class expertise to tackle health inequalities and improve human performance across South Yorkshire.As Chair of the Active Partnerships National Board, I am dedicated to improving access to physical activity, making it a social norm and championing healthier, happier communities worldwide.
