As Head of Projects for our UK business, I am responsible for effectively managing all contract activities from Order placement through to delivery and installation of Gas Turbine & Industrial Noise Control equipment. Scope of work for this role includes the following tasks- Work to the overall Business Strategy- Manage departmental resources- Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility- Coordination of design, manufacture, inspection, packaging and documentation- Identifying critical activities and where necessary the need for additional resources- Identifying and managing risks- Manage project changes including schedule, compliance and cost impacts- Manage the relationships with the customer and all stakeholders- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors- Reporting to all stakeholders during project execution- Reporting feeding back to all stakeholders on project performance.An experienced Project Manager with more than 14 years of Project Management experience in the industry within Europe, Middle East and the United States. With a strong background in both Project Management and Mechanical Engineering, my role ensures our clients benefit from a single point of contact for all project matters. With a proven ability to manage a range of projects from multi million pound contracts to smaller equipment upgrades and able to take the projects from feasibility to the handover of fully compliant and operational systems within cost, time and performance targets.Visit for more information
