   Responsible for all IT Services and Operational Support provided by IT Suppliers at the Hub/Regional Airport locations. Act as a liaison between the Hub/Regional Management and third party contractors providing services including, but not limited to, break-fix, project work and other United or third party contractors. Act as the focal point within United management for the suppliers, vendors, contractors and internal IT resources. Works closely with Field Services Support Team Works with the Critical Infrastructure Team Provides performance reports showing statistical and trending information as needed. Evaluates and recommends changes with regard to the technical policies and procedures enabling the IT goal of providing the best possible service to our Hub/Regional airports. Coordinates with corporate engineering and application functions to define technology requirements to meet user needs. Addresses issues and concerns with a sense of urgency and appropriate priority. Primary point of contact for escalations related to services provided. Responsible for the delivery of IT services and projects within regions. Monitors reports that are provided by Portfolio Operations Managers within regions for: Flight Delays, SLA’s, Chronic Issues Defines the IT provisioning, implementation and support of technology within an assigned region and acts as the customer advocate while maintaining corporate policies.
