ABOUT DAVE BROWN

As a fully qualified 18th edition & JIB approved electrician/supervisor and now progressed into project engineering, management I have over 20 years experience in the industry. During this time have gained much knowledge and skills from many varied areas.I am capable of Testing & Inspection, Pre-commissioning & commissioning and all aspects of 1st & 2nd fix. I have excellent working / supervisory knowledge of data centres, Heavy industrial, oil and gas, energy from waste (EFW), Power & Process, Marine Electrical / Ship building and Water Treatment both Clean & Waste from planning through to commissioning. I also have a wealth of knowledge with WIMES and MEICA.Moving with the times to meet the UK net zero carbon emissions I am actively involved from surveying, concept design, M&E design and installation right through to final handover of the decarbonisation for Leeds city council as part of the government’s PSDS scheme. This involves dno applications to meet new import and export power demands. I have extensive working knowledge of HVAC, instrumentation and control systems, experience of working on, running / supervision of major contracts for a variety of companies throughout the country.I can work from drawings / schematics and can produce Method statements / Risk assessments and PTW\'s. I also have excellent understanding of all safety / health and environmental awareness. Within my role I procure materials and labour costs and liaise with the client on all project requirements.
