Testifying Expert Witness on matters of quantity surveying and quantum.I have provided expert opinion evidence, and have been cross examined on multiple occasions by prominent silks, involved in high profile multi-billion US$ disputes in Arbitration, Litigation, Conciliation in ICC, DIAC, ADCCAC centres as well as courts in New Jersey USA and the TCC in England.I am a RICS Accredited Mediator and RICS Registered Expert Witness. Working on behalf of law firms, employers and other project stakeholders, delivering independent expert advice on matters of valuation and costs management in construction and engineering disputes, including delay and disruption related costs, the valuation of variations or compensation events and termination related costs. Providing hands on Expert Witness and Litigation support services particularly in relation to quantum matters. Analysing causation in construction disputes, forming opinion and writing position papers. Implementing dispute resolution strategies across a broad range of projects in different jurisdictions and sectors.
