Additionally, he served for 15 years a board member for the Sisters of St. Joseph at their mission in the Kensington section of Philadelphia (The Welcome Center). For the past 31 years, he has been an active member of the Men of Malvern Laymen\'s Retreat League and a member of their Speakers Bureau and Christus Rex recruitment team.His wife Mary Fran is an accomplished TED X speaker, has written 6 books and is a popular podcaster ( MaryfranBontempo.com), they have three children, David, Laura and Megan and 9 grandchildren.Dave frequently speaks on the current retirement of the baby boomers and how generations X, Y and Z plus the millennial\'s are rapidly making their mark in the workforce.
