Undertaking the client-side role of Technical Authority for the Network Intelligent Management System (NIMS) a part of the eMOS project delivering traffic management and C-ITS on the motorway network around Dublin and beyond.Working as part of an integrated multi-skill team providing client with technical support during the tender process through the updating of tender specifications and responding to tender queries.Project is procuring a new Traffic Management Solution and an integrated C-ITS Solution delivering advanced traffic management initially on the M50 around Dublin.Mobility expert for Greening the Islands. Undertook a number of visits to European islands to evaluate the deployment of advanced Mobility solutions to achieve a more sustainable future. Work involved the integration of Mobility with renewable energy strategies to reduce dependency on fossil fuels. Produced reports for the islands identifying changes that will deliver the best benefits.Solutions Architect for Cubic\'s Transport Management Platform (TMP) designed to provided integrated multi-modal transport management. Took the Proof of Concept vision through to initial deployable version identifying the minimal viable product to be implemented.Acted as \"Voice of the Client\" for the new Integrated Congestion Management Programme (ICMP) in Sydney which was the first deployment full scale deployment of TMP. Provided technical support for the initial tender response through to providing technical content for the tender response as well as the client demonstration of the products from our partners as part of the solution demo day. Cubic subsequently won the tender.Solutions Architect for the first but limited deployment of ICMP into the AIMES test bed in Melbourne which is managed by the University of Melbourne. It brings together products and services from many different suppliers into a live city centre environment enabling real life multi-modal scenarios to be tested and proven.
