   Program Evaluation: Participated in the passage and led the implementation of a division-wide program evaluation policy which has created a program community of practice. Supervises division program evaluations which includes developing logic models and evaluations designs, developing tools to collect data, data analysis, and reporting. Supports the review and evaluation of Specialized Programs and Academies in the division, including the identification, data collection, and analysis of key indicators of the programs’ effectiveness. Surveys: Supervise the development, administration, and reporting for all division-wide surveys. Train and support central office departments in survey administration.Research Team: Supervise the research team in student data analysis to plan and research study implementation. Create databases and related data sources; review and act upon research requests; prepare periodic special reports and informational materials; provide supports with developing goals and objectives that can be measured by the division and local schools. Support the development of business intelligence tools that allow practitioners to use data to inform decisions.Methodology: Assists the Director of Research, Assessment, and School Improvement in developing and using innovative methods and procedures pertinent to instruction, student accounting, and achievement reporting.External Research: Reviews all research project proposals that will be conducted in the division’s schools by outside agencies, universities, other institutions, or individuals to ensure they adhere to all research ethical standards.Collaborated with division senior leadership in developing strategic plan metrics. Supervise data collection for the metrics to determine progress on the strategic plan goals.
