I\'ve spent over 20 years in the Texas legal market starting as a lawyer in private practice, a stretch as general counsel at a private equity firm, and now working with partners every day. I\'ve seen this market from every angle. When a partner is thinking about making a move, it\'s one of the biggest decisions of their career.
