Dad, Statesman of Kids TV. Musician, Performer, Host & MC. Makaton, Presenter, wrestles & stuff. Film-Maker, Godfather of Gunge - said nuff!Hello. My name is Dave Benson Phillips. I am a presenter, broadcaster, actor, childrens entertainer, musician, pantomime performer, part-time vlogger and film-maker, born-again wrestler and part-time Celebrity DJ. You might have seen me on \'Playdays\' on cbeebies, and the cult CBBC gameshow \'GET YOUR OWN BACK!\'\'Fun Song Factory\'. Or hanging out with my friend Little Alex at \'Playhouse Disney\' back in the day. Or lending my vocal abilities to Dr. Woof in the CBeebies animation series, BOJ! Or heard me being the voice of the mischievous construct-a-bear machine from E4\'s (and Comedy Central\'s) BAD ROBOT, and my various vocal musings on Mr Bean: The Animated Series, and more recently DAISY & OLLIE for Channel 5\'s Milkshake. Believe-it-or-not, I\'m still working, and still writing and performing shows for children and families for stage, online and TV. I\'ve been a performance consultant for several cross-media projects, film and television, radio and online - I\'ve even been brought in to work on adult TV projects, in front and behind the camera. I\'ve appeared in the odd movie, and I\'ve even played a small part of the award-winning internet video mock-u-mentary series,\'Getting Back With Dave Benson Phillips\'. I often spend my summer hosting the world\'s largest pop-up travelling 80\'s music festival, LET\'S ROCK with superstar DJ and showbiz mucker, Pat Sharp, and Brother Beoynd\'s Nathan Moore. I also tour the summer festival circuit with my childrens and family sing-along music shows, and my DJ shows, CLUB 1-2-1-2 (funk soul and rare groove), and DAVE BENSON PHILLIPS: GET YOUR OWN TRACKS (pop, floor-fillers, genres). I also run Webbytelly, a small independent film and audio unit. I produce all kinds of films and audio-works that inform, delight, entertain and amuse.
