About David Batcheller

I am an experienced P&L leader and entrepreneur with a history of building successful companies and developing breakthrough technology products for both B2B & B2C. I began my career with Appareo Systems – a startup electronics design and manufacturing organization. Over seventeen years we grew the business into an award-winning company with hundreds of employees, tens of millions of annual revenue, and an impressive product portfolio. Along the way, I led high-performing teams that developed, launched, and monetized a series of disruptive/innovative products, until we sold the businesses in 2022.After working for the buyer for a few years, I found a new series of problems that I\'m passionate about. Helping families prepare for, and navigate, the time in which a loved one passes away. We founded Josda to give families better estate planning and settlement tools, so they can spend more time doing what they love, with who they love, and less time on paperwork.
