I\'ve spent two decades in cross-functional teams in a product or delivery capacity, building and growing great products with brands such as cinch, BBC, DfT, TfGM, and NHS Digital.I’ve seen first-hand that great things happen when you combine the best in product, design, and engineering expertise.A few things that matter to me- Getting to know a product, its users, and the problem domain inside-out, as quickly as possible- Basing decisions on evidence - chiefly product usage data and user research findings- Working collaboratively - product development is very much a team sport and no one specialism can do it on their own- Over-communicating and working in the open - it breaks down silos and fosters a safer environment- Delivering value early and often - short feedback loops are key for so many reasons, such as minimising waste, course correcting as you go, and building team maturity
