I am a certified Scrum Master, Process and Continuous Improvement Professional with extensive experience successfully leading continuous improvement, business process re-engineering and change management initiatives. I love business processes and systems. I love to sort out failing systems, develop new systems and optimize old ones. I enjoy leveraging technology and data analysis tools to provide the information required for solid, data-driven decision making.
