I have over 20 years experience in financial management and programme office management roles with considerable experience in both managing support functions and also transformation within these areas. During my career I have worked in a number of high profile areas particularly the RBS/NatWest integration, the migration of Coutts IT to RBS and also the Lloyds/HBOS integration. I began in project support roles, progressing in to project financial management including business case management and creation and benefits management and also project management and delivery. Experience from these roles has enabled me to undertake transformation roles and I have a proven track record in designing and implementing new processes and systems to improve efficiency within organisations.
