Specialist Pre Sales support to the Vodafone Global Enterprise Sales and Pre-sales teams.• Provide global, specialised pre-sales support to the top multi-national Businees Enterprise customers with opportunities ranging from €5m to €200m for predominantly WAN, SD-WAN solutions.• Work closely with key stakeholders from Product Management, Technology, Delivery and Operational functions, ensuring overall solution or product design is fit for purpose and meets customer requirements.• Lead responsibility for opportunity governance, escalations point of contact, allocation of workload and day to day team management activities.• Lead business process improvement initiatives, through analysis, working with stakeholders and end users, deploying the solution and reviewing the programme.• Provide technical support to Product Management and service support teams to develop new capabilities and bespoke design proposals.
