About David A. Wells
David\'s expertise and experience in orienting, guiding, and training School Owners, Governance Boards, and Executive Leaders in the application of foundational principles to simplify the complex process of building organizational frameworks and processes which facilitate school and school system effectiveness and efficiency is unique and compelling. David is currently involved in several projects with schools around the globe, engaged in consulting for school owners, forming and training boards, and mentoring leaders. He currently is leading and guiding a large school system in Asia in the implementation of a Governance structure, merging the business model and the school systems\' structures, with a focus on best practices in governance. This project contradicts the common narrative that \"owned schools\" cannot successfully implement governance while honoring and furthering the interests of school owners. This project includes coaching and training for the Board of Directors, leading the development and work of the Governance Board and company-wide leadership orientation and training on governance and management principles which promise to increase system effectiveness and efficiency. He also designed and led a systemwide strategic planning initiative for the school system.David is passionate, competent, and accomplished in his work with leaders of schools and school systems and his compelling vision is to impact and influence schools and their leaders.
