My role at Skillfluence involves managing operations for high-value and long-term programmes, including enterprise-related accelerators such as IMPACT30, delivered on behalf of Highlands & Islands Enterprise, and the MSIP Accelerator, delivered in partnership with the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc and Scottish Enterprise, as well as higher education-related programmes like Research to Value, with separate iterations delivered to universities in the Wessex region of England in association with multiple partners, and to Scottish universities via the Scottish Funding Council, as well as a pilot programme, Engage Outreach, delivered on behalf of Innovate UK ICURe and in collaboration with University Alliance.This role entails liaising closely with key stakeholders and partners involved in high-value and long-term programmes to ensure an outstanding participant experience as well as compliance with funder procedures and guidelines; compiling quarterly and end-of-programme reports for funders, detailing project successes and suggestions for improvement; guiding collection of pre, mid- and post-programme evaluation from programme participants and trainers, and using this feedback to inform and enhance best practice; devising and developing project plans for newly created programmes and implementing delivery of plans; acting as strategic lead for the identification and qualification of tender opportunities and assembling writing teams for these, as well as overseeing the creation and development of bid submissions; compiling and presenting reports to senior management in order to measure success against key company objectives in relation to income, client satisfaction and participant feedback; presenting regular progress reports to the wider team at monthly meetings and contributing to meeting agendas; continuously improving operational processes and procedures through adoption of new and innovative methods designed to ensure maximum company efficiency.
