Owning the end to end customer lifecycle communication and CRM database marketing (includes leads, onboarding, pausing strategy, cancellation flow, and reactivation) for new users and repeat customer - Deputy leader to the Sales, Service, Controlling and Sales Operations department with 75 professionals at peak - Directly leading a team of 7 marketing experts at peak to orchestrate marketing via email, direct mail, SMS, phone and mobile app - Product Owner of Marketing Automation Platform Marketo, including the definition of contact strategies and data synchronization - Implementation of new funnel strategies and campaigns to improve customer experience and to meet and exceed KPIs - Establishing the best multi channel mix and blending of these different channels to improve interactions, CRs and ROI - A/B testing to iterate and optimize all CRM marketing campaigns to meet ambitious targets and increase effectiveness - Ensuring all communications and the handling of data is compliant with GDPR and Data Protection laws
