Responsible for administrating and implementing middle years programming at the Sixth Man Center, Middle School Partnerships Program (MSPP), Lace Up and Learn Up (LULU) camp, and other Neighborhood-Based locations.• Supervise coach mentors by providing direction, input, and feedback with an eye toward continuous improvement and long-term professional development.• Work collaboratively with the VP of Program Operations and Impact, the Director of Early Years, and the Director of Older Youth to ensure high-quality programming is being delivered.• Lead partnership with the School District of Philadelphia (SDP), the After School Enrichment (ASE) Office, and other school-based leaders.• Lead community-facing efforts in recruiting middle school-aged youth and their families.• Develop middle youth program models and pilots (including future workshops)• Partner with PYB’s Impact & Evaluation Manager to complete data collection.
