Handling National Operations• Manage day to day operations of 12 Training Centers across India.• Lead and manage the training center team of tutors, counselors and customer service executives to drive operational and service excellence and deliver targeted results.• Ensuring the high standards of service is delivered to the clients.• Handling the clients’ escalations with solutions to ensure the clients are satisfied.• Manage training schedules for multiple locations and supervise the class schedules.• Coordinate with local and on-line tutors & vendors for day to day running of classes• Ensures the course content and resources are available for training.• Hire, develop and train team members and assist them with their day to day operations• Prepares and implements departments’ operational plan.• Monitor and drive sales of the training programs across all offices and regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts.• Plan and manage the advertising budget and campaigns for the department. • Create and roll out innovative ads, campaigns, promotions and marketing material.• Monitor the results and success of various campaigns and programs; evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved.• Conduct regular market intelligence and competition analysis; track market trends, identify threats and opportunities and recommend and implement strategies and plans to address them.• Develop, propose and improve policies and workflow processes of the centers.
