I hold a strong academic record, having achieved a 7.72 CGPA in my M.Sc. and a remarkable 9.67 in my B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Swami Ramanand Theertha Marathwada University in 2023.I have successfully qualified several national examinations, including GAT B 2023 (AIR 75), Joint CSIR UGC NET December 2024 LS (AIR 86), GATE BT 2024 (AIR 2446), and GATE XL 2025 (AIR 3347).My research experience includes a significant dissertation on \"Understanding the roles of selected host factors to develop a potent strategy for virus resistance in tomato using CRISPR Cas 9 genome editing tool\" completed at the Central University of Rajasthan. For my B.Sc, my dissertation focused on \"Isolation, characterization and production of L-asparaginase from Actinomycetes\". I also gained practical experience through an internship at the Synthetic Biology Lab, Regional Centre for Biotechnology, where I worked on screening compounds against a synthetic promoter in E. coli BL21I\'ve actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, covering diverse topics such as Sickle Cell Disease and Genetic Disorders, Microbial Technologies for Sustainable Bioeconomy, Protein Aggregation, and Startup and Entrepreneurship (IDEAthon). Additionally, I attended a valuable workshop on \"Cloning in E. coli and Agrobacterium for RNAi and CRISPR in wheat,\" organized by Washington State University and Punjab Agricultural UniversityMy laboratory skills are comprehensive, encompassing basic microscopy, bioinformatics, PCR, gel electrophoresis and SDS PAGE, basic microbiological techniques], DNA and RNA isolation from plant samples, and competent cell preparation, transformation, and protein expression. Furthermore, I\'ve expanded my knowledge through NPTEL courses in Human Physiology, Wildlife Ecology, Cell Culture Technology, and Microbial Biotechnology.
