Responsible for After Sales– Service Activities in India for below products.FISHERBRAND- AccuSpin Centrifuges, Accumet pH/Conductivity meter series, Isotemp Water Baths/ Chiller Circulators, and NIST certified Traceable Products (Thermometers, Timers, Stopwatch, Humidity Meters, Spatula Balance, and Calipers)THERMO SCIENTIFIC - Lab refrigerators & Freezers, ULT Freezers, CO2 Incubators, Microbiological Incubators Ovens, Furnaces, Centrifuges and water baths.OHAUS - Analytical precision balances and moisture analysersLABCONCO - BioSafety cabinets, Laminar airflow, Balance enclosures, Glassware washers, Freeze dryers, Vacuum concerntrators, Lab carts, Glove boxes and Fume hoods, IKA - Stirrers, Hot Plates, Rotary evaporators, Magnetic stirrers, Overhead stirrers, Homogenizers. Managing Key Account customers for complete Service Life Cycle Management. Installation of Systems at customer’s site. Generation of Annual Maintenance Contracts & Calibration / Validation Contracts. Provide The Technical Support & trainings to Distributors & channel Partner across PAN IndiaQualification, Validation and Documentation Support to Pharma / R&D Customers. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality service and fast response time Installation In charge - Monitoring the Installation activity & managing the Field service team for standard organization TAT of western Region. Validation In charge - Maintaining the Validation protocols. Managing validation activities with TFS Field service team & ASP/Third-party vendors for Western Region.
