Maintain and upgrade the TOLAS (and upcoming TOLAS 2) platforms and shipboard mini servers.2. Maintain the FMTI Certificate Server system.3. Maintain FMTI Website and Page Applications.4. Create Page Applications as per project requirements, as assigned by HOD - FMTI5. Work on projects assigned by HOD where MS Office products like Excel (with VBA as well as Power Pivot) Publisher, Power Point, Word, MS forms, Outlook and similar tools are required.6. Work on projects using tools like photoshop, adobe PDF, i Spring etc.7. Assist with data entry, data collection (by manual as well as automated methods) and data analytic projects.8. Work with images, movies, graphic edit tools.9. Work with and teach basic skills related to the above to other FMTI colleagues, as instructed by HOD.10. Be able to use modern AI tools to improve work efficiencies in above listed tools and projects.11. Understand Open AI and API integration at a basic level.12. Be able to assist on basic maintenance of computers and other peripherals particularly those linked to Simulators and as guided by the Head of Simulators.13. Be involved with creation of flyers, bulletins, course material, data analytics as well as other basic data and occasional clerical duties, related to daily operation of FMTI, as assigned by HOD – FMTI.14. Work on projects for peer departments, on occasion, as instructed by HOD – FMTI
