With over 12 years of experience in the Client Relations and digital media space, I happen to be a part of the play where I help businesses overcome their challenges pertaining to customer acquisition and relationship. I have spoken to and helped over 5k businesses in the past decade and started my own company in Oct 2019 taking a mission to help over 100k small businesses worldwide with some robust SaaS solutions. From Mum dads to CEOs, I have worked one-on-one with individuals and businesses to craft growth strategies for sales enablement, customer engagement and retention. SaaS Products coming up:(20••••22)- Along with a big team, we are working on a marketing automation SaaS platform that will be launched by November 2021, Beta access will be given to selected users ( mostly from trusted networks)- We have been doing some extensive research on tech-stack, best market-fit, and infrastructure based on our past experiences with growing SaaS platforms, we are trying to tap into the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) space, which will serve Medium - Large scale businesses.
