Hi, I’m Aditya Singh—here’s my story. I’m from Lucknow, where the food’s great and so are the career detours. After completing my B.Tech, I did what most fresh grads do—I jumped into sales, mostly because, well… that’s where the jobs were. I gave it everything, became a top-performing sales associate, and got invited to a business review meetings—those fancy sessions where high-performers talk about customer pain points and behavior. And that’s where he showed up. Not a client. Not a manager. Just a calm data guy. He didn’t say much—but when he spoke, the room listened. Armed with a few numbers and crisp visuals, he explained things I’d been struggling to express. No guesses. Just clarity. That moment stuck with me. I thought, “Wait… you can use data to drive decisions without chasing leads or doing 20 follow-ups?” I was sold. That night, I opened my laptop—and basically never closed it. I dived into SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and every free resource I could find. Fast forward: I transitioned into a Data Analyst role, and now I do exactly what inspired me—turn messy data into clear insights that actually move the business forward. I work at the intersection of curiosity and impact—digging into data, finding patterns, and helping teams make smarter, faster decisions. From cold calls to clean dashboards, it\'s been quite the pivot—and the best one I’ve made so far.
