Operational Excellence Support – Assist site and functional leaders in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Kaizen-based OE programs to enhance efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with CFTs to drive OE initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Reporting & Presentations – Develop executive-ready MIS reports and presentations for strategic decision-making. Advanced Tools & Automation – Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Macros to build automated dashboards, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Data Analysis & Problem Solving – Support stakeholders in defining problems, baselining, and extracting insights for solution design. Performance Tracking – Participate in Leader Daily Meetings (LDMs) to monitor team performance and support continuous improvement. Process Improvement & Change Management – Identify business challenges and lead targeted initiatives for process optimization. Leadership Engagement – Conduct regular OE updates with site leadership and manage R&R programs to promote a culture of excellence.
