To come up with requirement, my main role is to understand business value and how can I make the life of our customer easier and they can request for services using digital platform, rather than waiting in line at a branch for hours I also ensure that I make the life of our front liners easier by make most journey STPs. I am responsible for end to end delivery, from discovery all the way to UVT phase of the product life cycle.I am currently handling six market across Asia and Africa.
