Handling end to end recruitment starting from requisition, sourcing the candidates, short-listing, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and final placement.• Responsible for handling both Contractual and Full Time Positions.• Maintain knowledge and understanding of information technology terminology• Targeting consultants who are eligible to work in UK / Europe with valid visa like Tier 1(General), Tier 2 (Dependents), PR /ILR, Dependents and British Citizens/EU Citizens.• Handling multiple requirements at a time and fulfilling IT.• Working on different technologies and domain as per the requirement• Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references, head hunting, and networking.• Working experience on Contract, Full-Time & Fixed Term Contracts (FTC).• Follow up with managers and stakeholders regarding update of submitted consultants.• Coordinating interviews for candidates and ensuring that the process is completed as per schedule.• Maintain and update the Resource database consistently.• Proactively using candidate sourcing and attraction which involves posting vacancies online and building relationships with candidate through various sources.• Delivering an excellent candidate experience.• Industries i have worked : Banking | Telecom | Pharma | Insurance | Finance | Automobile | Public Sector• Working within the required budget.• Short-listing after preliminary screening of candidates through personal/telephonic Interview.
